1. Scope

These terms govern your use of studioetranger and any purchase made through the shop powered by Shopify.

2. Orders & contract

An order placed via Shopify constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed upon shipping confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and partners. We do not store card details.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and times are displayed at checkout. Risk passes to the consumer upon handover.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons, by clear declaration sent to studioetranger@gmail.com. Goods must be returned in saleable condition. Return shipping is borne by the buyer.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply (Sec. 437 ff. BGB).

7. Event tickets

Tickets are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled. Right of admission reserved.

8. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, except for harm to life, body and health.

9. Online dispute resolution

EU Commission ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

10. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN CISG. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, where permitted.
