• Newsletter subscriptions: email.
• Shop orders processed by Shopify: name, address, payment details (handled by Shopify and its payment processors).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (analytics cookies — only with consent).

3. Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

Performance of contract for orders; legitimate interest for security and minimal analytics; consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to deliver the service — Shopify (e-commerce), email provider for the dispatch, and hosting. No sale of personal data.

5. Storage

Contact messages: 24 months. Orders: 10 years (German tax law). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
